We want you to receive your LEMMAR jewelry as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed, prepared, and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.

At the moment, LEMMAR ships within the United States only.
We’re not currently offering international shipping, but we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Stay tuned!
What if my jewelry arrives damaged or broken?
We want you to be happy with your LEMMAR jewelry. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include photos of the damaged item and your order information when contacting us.
If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will be happy to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Please note that we cannot replace items that have been damaged due to improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or contact with abrasive products, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or other substances that may damage the jewelry.
Can I get my LEMMAR jewelry wet?
Yes, our jewelry can get wet. However, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to water whenever possible to help your jewelry maintain its appearance and last longer.
If you love wearing your jewelry to the beach, pool, or shower, just make sure to dry it well afterward.
