Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply deciding that an item is not right for you.
Before placing your order, please make sure you have selected the correct style, size, length, and quantity. We recommend checking the measurements provided on each product page carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the situation. If the item was damaged during shipping or arrived defective, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Damage Caused by Improper Care
We cannot replace or refund items that have been damaged due to improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
This includes damage caused by excessive or prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, oils, abrasive products, pulling, bending, dropping, or other improper handling.
